We offer a 24-hour return policy, meaning you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted for used or opened items.
a. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A clear unboxing video, receipt, and proof of purchase must be provided.
b. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect the item upon delivery and contact us immediately for review.
- If the damage occurs due to mishandling at your end, returns and refunds will not be processed.
2. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, you may initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred product.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
Refund Conditions:
- If your order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded after inspection of the returned item.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- If your cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order, we will attempt to process it.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.
